The main engine part uses two servo motors, 380v/50HZ, 3 phases, the cutter motor 3 Kw, the feeding motor 1 kw by PLC accurate controlling, the man-machine interface (touch screen) is more convenient to operate. This feeding motor is mainly feeding the cloth into the edge of the cutter.

The feeding part consists of feeding motor and storage plate. Feeding motor (speed adjustable) is used to smoothly feed the cloth roll into main engine part, this feeding motor 220 v/50Hz,140W. Storage plate can out one roll within 500mm diameter cloth.

1. Place the slitting cloth on the storage plate, feed it into the cutter of the main engine through the feeding motor;
2. Turn on the power, input the required parameters into the man-machine interface (touch screen), such as: feeding wheel diameter, flaps length, etc.
3. Adjust to Manual page, try Single flap, then measure whether the cut size is same with the required size; if same, then go 4) step; if not same, change parameters and try more pieces again.
4. Adjust to Auto page, press Start into Auto mode;
