The tube-shaped electric heating element is used to heat the air outside the oven, and a single fan is used to circulate the hot air to the oven. The oven temperature can be controlled according to the technological requirements.

1.Normal start-up equipment steps: clockwise twist the heating switch, press the main program“▼”button for 3 seconds, the panel displays "RUN", and then release the button, press the fan start button to open the fan, then the oven starts.
2.The operator checks if there is any noise in the fan of the equipment and whether the temperature is abnormal. If there is any anomaly, please turn off the power supply in time, and then report to the equipment maintenance personnel until the equipment can be used properly.
3.When loading flap disc, as far as possible the same specifications and the same heating curve products in the same oven sinterring.
4.Operators should monitor the process of heating, heat preservation and cooling in strict accordance with the requirements of the process regulations, and should not find someone to take care of them at will, and record the temperature and time in accordance with the regulations.
5.After sintering, when the temperature is below 60 ℃, the operator can open the door and take out the product (when the temperature is too high to open the door and cause the hot expansion and cold shrinkage deformation.).
6.The operator should take care of the equipment, check every half month for loose wiring screws for electrical components, check heat pipe, fixing screws and stub screws for looseness every quarter, check temperature controller and thermocouple every half a year.
7.The operator should add high temperature butter to the circulating fan every six months to prevent the fan from blocking because of the high temperature.
