Interleaved Flap Wheels With Shaft, which are interleaved with alternating non-woven cloth and abrasive cloth, are used for stock removal and finishing.


They are similar to classic non-woven flap wheels, but thanks to the abrasive cloth, they guarantee stronger removal, eliminating any residual scratch marks from the workpiece.


The elastic three-dimensional structure will not damage the shape of the workpiece due to excessive grinding and produce waste products


The heat dissipation performance is good, so that the surface of the workpiece will not become black, discolored or leave residual glue due to over heating during grinding.

Make sure that guards and work rests are all properly adjusted and secure before you start work. Safety guards should cover at least half of the wheel. Let a newly mounted wheel run for at least one full minute before grinding with it. Don't let anyone stand in front of or in line with the wheel during this time.
