Strip and Clean Disc is made of tough clean and strip material. It is specially designed for surface treatment and cleaning metal, wood, plastics and stone.


Strip and Clean Disc with elastic and will not damage the surface of the sanding body, suitable for sanding belt interface, removing burr of petroleum pipeline, polishing ceramic bottom, removing paint of automobile surface, etc.


Strip and Clean Disc suitable for all kinds of Angle grinder

1. The appearance of the grinding disc must be inspected before installation and use, according to whether there is any crack or damage, and the sound produced by hitting the grinding wheel with a wooden hammer should be clear and clear.
2. The spindle speed on the machine tool must be checked before installation and must not exceed the maximum working speed marked on the grinding disc.
3. Only special nut wrenches are allowed to tighten the grinding disc, and the nuts must be tightened gradually and in a symmetrical way on opposite sides of the main shaft, and the tightness should be appropriate.
4. Turn off the coolant so that the wheel is not unbalanced.
5. The matching of the aperture of the grinding disc with the spindle and chuck of the grinding wheel shall comply with GB4674 standard.
6. The newly installed grinding disc must be idled at the working speed according to the following time under the condition of a protective cover: A grinding disc with an outside diameter <400 mm shall not be less than 2 minutes, and a grinding wheel with an outside diameter ≥400 mm shall not be less than 5 minutes. When idling, the operator shall not stand in front of the grinding disc or in the tangent direction.
7. A wheel that is not specially used for end face grinding (such as a parallel wheel) shall not be grinded by the end face of the wheel. A wheel that is not specially used for external circle grinding (such as a bowl wheel or a cup wheel) shall not be grinded by external circle of the wheel to avoid grinding of the wheel.
8. When the grinding wheel is grinding the workpiece, it is forbidden to push the workpiece with the lever to increase the pressure on the grinding wheel.
